I see Nicole each fortnight for Bowen, mostly as a bit of time out for me. She is always friendly and professional, and the sessions leave me feeling profoundly relaxed, grounded and ready to get back to reality from a centered place. I’d highly recommend Bowen with Nicole for any person looking to get grounded and more in touch with their body.
